Product Submissions:

Those who wish to submit new product ideas are welcomed to send their product outlines to info@thescienceoutlet.com with "product proposal" in the subject line. All proposals should contain enough information for us to evaluate the idea for further consideration. Photos or drawings are a big help. Any samples that are received during the review process will be returned. All information provided will be considered the intellectual property of the sender and will be held as confidential information until the time of acceptance or decline. We understand your projects are important to you and you can be assured that Science Outlet will value and respect our inventor contributors.

School Purchase Order Forms:

For schools that require IRS form W-9 to be on file before submitting their purchase orders you can download a completed copy here. Should you have specific vendor forms the will need to be completed, please email them to us at the above email address and we will complete them and return at your request.
