Can I place an order using our school purchase order?

Yes. After adding items to your shopping cart, you can then save your cart items and print a copy of the shopping cart page with all the product names, item numbers, and prices. You can then use this for your administrative purposes. Then once you receive a purchase order number, you can then return to your saved shopping cart and finalize the order. When prompted for payment method during the checkout process, select "School PO".

I don't want to use my credit card on the web, can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. Many people are cautious of using their credit card online. Call us at (918) 966-2193 during normal business hours and we will be happy to take your order. ( 9am to 5 pm CST) However, your credit card information is secure and encrypted throughout our checkout process and card information is not stored on our web server.

When will I receive my order?

Orders received before 12 noon will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders received after noon will go out the following business day. Orders received on Saturday before 9am will be processed the same day. All other weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.

What if I can't find what I want on your website, can I make special orders?

Yes. We are still in the process of adding new products to the site everyday. If there are items you need for your classroom let us know. The Science Outlet was created by science teachers for science teachers and we are committed to providing the everyday lowest price on your science supplies. Send us an email or call with your list and we'll make sure to get you the best price. No middleman, artificially inflated prices, or hidden charges. Some products are excluded from this due to their being exclusive to select vendors. But we'll let you know if that's the case.
